Short version. We use your details to answer your enquiry and nothing else. We do not sell them, we do not share them, and this website tracks nobody.
Only what you type into the enquiry form. The product you need, your name, your company, your country and city, your email address, your WhatsApp number, the quantity and port you want, your packaging, how often you plan to buy, and your message. Only three of those are required: the product, your name and your email address. Leave the rest blank if you prefer, though the more you tell us the more accurate our price will be.
To reply to you with a quotation or an answer. We cannot price a shipment without knowing the port, the quantity and the packaging you need. That is the whole reason the form asks.
The form sends your details straight to info@ftmexportimport.com, which is our own mailbox on our own hosting. It does not pass through a form service, a marketing platform, a customer database or any other company. Fewer hands on your details means fewer ways for them to leak.
We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to anyone outside our company. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not send marketing you did not ask for. If you enquire once and buy nothing, you will not hear from us again unless you write to us.
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no social media trackers. You do not have to click a cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which record the network address a visit came from, in the same way every web server in the world does.
Your enquiry stays in our email while we are dealing with it, and for as long as we are trading with you. If you become a customer, Indian tax and export law requires us to keep the trade records for the periods those laws set, and we keep them for that long and no longer. If you never become a customer and you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.
We are a data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct something wrong, or ask us to delete it. If you are outside India and your own country gives you similar rights, we will honour your request the same way rather than argue about which law applies. Write to info@ftmexportimport.com and we will answer within one working day, and in every case well within the ninety days the law allows.
Fraud against importers and exporters usually works by impersonating one of them by email. Please read this part even if you skip the rest.
This website is served only over an encrypted connection. Enquiries arrive in a mailbox protected by a password and additional verification. We publish email authentication records for our domain so that receiving mail servers can tell our mail apart from a forgery.
We will change the date at the top. If a change matters to anyone who has already enquired, we will say so here in plain words rather than quietly editing it.
Write to info@ftmexportimport.com and mark it for the attention of the grievance contact. A person reads that mailbox every working day. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may raise the matter with the Data Protection Board of India.
